Potato Soup

6-8 diced, peeled potatoes                               
salt
milk                                                                            
pepper
grated cheese                                                       
Lawrey season salt
½ - 1 cup sour cream
bacon, cooked, and chopped                       
½ -1 onion, chopped and sautéd in butter
½ cube butter, melted 

Boil potatoes, drain, add:  butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, season salt, onions, and milk to thin.  Throw in a handful of cheese.  Top with bacon and additional cheese.
