Hot Fudge Sauce

1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping c. choc. chips (add last)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 7oz. jar marshmallow cream

Melt above in double boiler, stirring constantly. When smooth stir in chocolate chips. Serve hot with ice cream.                                                                                                     - Tricia Munk
