Banana Cake

½ cup butter
2 cups flour
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 eggs
¼ tablespoon salt
1 cup sour cream
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon vanilla 

In bowl, cream, butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine all dry ingredients, stir in bowl. Spread onto greased pan (jelly roll pan works best). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. When cool frost with cream cheese frosting.     - Tricia Munk
