1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
2/3 cup ketchup
3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
¾ cup water
Place 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts in large pot then add all other ingredients on top. Bring to a boil, stir, then simmer on med low heat for 2 hours. Stirring 3-4 times to break up chicken. Serve over hot rice. - Tricia Munk
