Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh broccoli chopped
- 2 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth (2 cans)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tbs hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 8 0z Cream Cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chopped onion, carrots, broccoli, Nutmeg, and chicken broth in the Pot.
- Add 8 oz Cream Cheese
- Place on Manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Do a quick release
- Wisk the Cream Cheese or it will be lumpy later on
- Stir in milk or heavy cream.
- place pot back on saute until for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in cheese and hot sauce until cheese is melted.
- Serve with bread or crackers.
