8 oz. Can tomato sauce
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
8 oz. Grated mozzarella cheese
2 cans chopped tomatoes (Italian Recipe)
6 oz. Can tomato paste
1+ cup cottage cheese
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
Brown beef with a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain. Add tomato products and simmer about 30 minutes. Mix mozzarella and cottage cheese together and set aside. In 9x13 pan layer 3 noodles, 1/3 of sauce, and ½ cheese mixture. Repeat layers ending with noodle, sauce and top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Pull out of oven and let stand for 10 minutes before trying to cut.
