Blueberry Muffins

 
¼ cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
1 cup blueberries
Add wet to dry ingredients.  Gently fold in blueberries last
Muffin topping
¼ c. butter
½ c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Combine.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with blueberry batter; then  sprinkle with topping and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.                                                             - Tricia Munk
