Hot Beef Dip


1 jar Hormel Dried Beef – boil and cut into strips, then drain
1 c. mayo.
1 pkg. Cream cheese
¼ c. or to taste shredded Parmesan cheese
2 or more chopped green onions
a little sour cream to thin dip

Put mixture in mini crockpot to warm or microwave.
Serve hot with Wheat Thin crackers.                - Tricia Munk
