2 1/2 lbs. country style/boneless spare ribs
Grill ribs or put ribs in broiler @350 for 45 minutes. Cut off fat
Sauce:
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 Tbl corn starch
1/2 C. white vinegar
1/2 C brown sugar
3 Tbl soy sauce
1/4 C. minced onion
Stir with wire whip then bring to a boil.
Pour over cooked ribs and bake @ 225 for an additional 5 1/2 hours.
