4 C. milk
1 C. heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 C. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, in crockpot. Cook on low, stirring occasionally for 2 hours.
Turn off crockpot and stir in vanilla. Serve with whipped cream.
